NMC Technology Outlook: Australian Tertiary Education 2012-2017, a Regional Horizon Report.
This first edition of the report was a collaboration between
The New Media Consortium
, and the
Australasian Council on Open, Distance and E-Learning
(ACODE). This year, the report will be published in May, 2012. The report focuses on emerging technology and its applications for tertiary education (broadly defined) in Australia.
Horizon.AU is a project that applies the process developed for the
New Media Consortium's Horizon Project
with a focus on emerging technologies for tertiary institutions in Australia. Members of the Australia education community are encouraged to follow the Advisory Board's progress as the discussion unfolds and to use the wiki as a resource and reference tool.
